      • I was thinking about you the other night while watching a documentary. It was on the history of dance and they were talking of dances that originated in the factories of the industrial revolution in England.

I’m sure we will have some great discussions in 2016!

    • Merry Christmas to you too! Maybe we will run in to you out on Pender when we are out there for our Christmas break.

      • Yes, I bet we will. Susan and I are staying put over Christmas. Have a safe trip out.

By the way, thanks for looking at my new blog. It’s at the fledgling stage. Not sure if I’ll be able to find the time to keep it going.

Also, by the way, we saw some of your work in Talisman Gallery a couple of days ago. You are such a talented artist at what ever you put your hand to.

      • I really enjoyed the first piece you wrote on your new blog. I am looking forward to reading something fresh, so your new blog will fit the bill nicely.

I am pretty excited to have a few pieces in the Talisman, a couple of paintings and then the naturally dyed handknits that are packaged as “Handmade in Canada”. It is nice to show pieces and be more a part of the community.

We are really looking forward to this trip out to Pender, we really need the break. We are travelling out over two days as we are taking a peek at property in Golden plus visiting a friend in Pritchard, so the driving will be leisurely compared to our usual. We are hoping weather on the island cooperates and we might even put the kayaks in for a quick paddle (a luxury compared to shovelling snow).

I hope we run into you, it would be great to see you again.

        Deb
